本课题组是在许国旺研究员领导下的、在中科院大连化物所最具综合实力的课题组之一，前身是国家色谱研究分析中心气相色谱组。2001年大连化物所成立生物技术部，定名为高分辨分离分析及代谢组学组。多年来一直致力于色谱理论及应用基础研究。根据分析化学的特点和国际前沿研究领域的发展趋势，立足于中国现状，结合国家重大应用领域的需求与自身技术优势，以分离分析研究为立足点，生命科学、重大疾病、中医药现代化、公共安全等领域的复杂样品分析为切入点，开展极端复杂体系分析的方法学研究及其应用、代谢组学方法及其应用研究和转化医学等工作。课题组拥有以许国旺研究员为核心的固定职工17人，博士后6人，现有硕、博士研究生30多名，学科背景涵盖分析化学、生物化学、临床医学、药学和微生物学等领域。

General

The research team of High Resolution Separation/Analysis and Metabonomics in DICP is led by Prof. Guowang Xu. The group is devoted to the research and development of analytical methods and techniques for complex systems and metabonomics with the emphasis on developing high resolution separation methods based on chromatography and mass spectrometry as well as their applications in food, pharmaceutics and life science. The great attention in recent years has been paid to multi-dimensional chromatography, metabonomics technique platform development and their applications in disease and drug (especially on traditional Chinese medicines) research,. There are more than 30 staffs and students in this group.
